By now most of you have seen our sneaky little reveal that not only are we ENGAGED - but we’re also welcoming a sweet little BABE into our family. 😭💕⁣

What’s WILD is the day that @johnnnny__b_ actually got down on one knee and handed me a ring was the SAME day I handed him a positive pregnancy test 🤭😭🙏🏼⁣

As you can imagine we were completely flooded by emotion that day and couldn’t believe we were celebrating not only ONE, but TWO beautiful blessings. ⁣
⁣
After spending nearly 9-years coupled together, experiencing many ups and downs and moving through one of the hardest years of our lives last year after the loss of our sweet Baby Girl June on my 30th birthday — there’s no doubt in my mind that THIS year was heaven sent and I can’t help but think our angel baby had something to do with that. ⁣
⁣
We’re so beyond grateful for this special time and we cannot thank you enough for all your sweet encouraging words of love and excitement during this season of receiving. ⁣
⁣
If you’re moving through a hard season right now — my hope for you is that you never ever turn your back on the divine and remain in deep faith and trust that everything will work out. ⁣

Between eclipse season, mercury stationed retrograde and June’s fast moving motion— the energy has been one heck of a giant cosmic storm lately, hasn’t it loves? ⁣
⁣
I’ve been witnessing through the collective chaos that many are feeling quite disoriented, lost and confused about what comes next and where exactly they might fit as they meet this new version of themselves. ⁣
⁣
Like a tornado that moves through a small town - once the storm has passed, next comes a time of observing the damage before the rebuild. ⁣
⁣
This is a time to review what’s fallen apart, but just can’t simply be put back together. ⁣

As your light body is INCREASING - others who are still hooked into the dark agenda is DECREASING. ⁣
⁣
The divide between the two states of consciousness is widening and the gap is only going to get more and more uncomfortable.
⁣
If you are on the light path, here to break free from the dark, unconscious luciferian grid — you MUST let go of dysfunctional family, friends, relationships, jobs or living situations that only bringing you a loss of soul sovereignty. ⁣

You may also already notice that as you partake in the outside world that it’s extremely hard to relate to others, tolerate certain music, fluorescent lighting in stores and no matter what you do you can’t seem to keep tabs on TIME. ⁣

This is what happens when you engage with extremely low frequencies — there is no longer a resonance. ⁣

Many are stuck in their own mental prison and have forgotten they can think for themselves. ⁣

This is not you. You are not them. ⁣
⁣
It’s important to remember this as your body is now asking for space to RECALIBRATE. ⁣
⁣
Your expansion is in overdrive right now - so don’t add more to your plate by continuing to hook yourself into ANY crazy non-sense that’s being pushed by the collective. ⁣

Take the time to integrate! ⁣

Don’t put pressure on yourself to understand this new version of yourself right away. ⁣
⁣
It’s like getting to know a new friend. You’ll bond and understand each other — with time. ⁣

Until then, continue to take off the rose coloured glasses, remain connected to what’s being shown and be ready for what comes next.

I get a lot of questions about how to ‘fit back into society’ after a massive shift or awakening. ⁣

The answer is- you don’t. ⁣
⁣
You shouldn’t, and you won’t. ⁣
⁣
This includes, jobs that no longer feel good, toxic family dynamics, expired friend groups, romantic partnerships, where you live, what you used to eat, wear, hangout — the list is endless. ⁣
⁣
The point is once you make it to the other side of this eclipse season you SHOULDN’T be clinging to expired contracts that no longer serve YOU and the highest expression of who you’re becoming. ⁣
⁣
The energy of June will be FAST MOVING. (More on that in the coming days). ⁣
⁣
And the longer you cling to anything you’ve outgrown - the bumpier the ride.⁣
⁣
If you hold onto a rope and get dragged along - you’re only going to get rope burn sis. ⁣

We are at a time when we are being pushed WAYY beyond our comfort levels. ⁣
⁣
So much purging is taking place— physically, emotionally and even cellularly. ⁣
⁣
Right now, we are clearing immense density, attachments, thoughts, beliefs and shifting faster than we EVER have before. ⁣
⁣
With this energy influx and immense quickening it can often feel like you’re moving through a healing crisis or what some would call a dark night of the soul. ⁣
⁣
I’m here to remind you that when the emotional discomfort rolls through — whether you’re feeling stuck, blocked in someway or experiencing major growth pains — to SIT WITH IT... no matter how uncomfortable. ⁣
⁣
We must get used to feeling uncomfortable because things are not going to feel easy any time soon. ⁣
⁣
We’ve graduated from that.⁣
⁣
We expand through pressure. So the pressure is on, baby. ⁣
⁣
We must bust through these perceived limitations, stay out of fear and remember that we are in the BECOMING process. ⁣
⁣
While we walk this shaky ground - moving through instability remember we don’t have the whole picture just yet. ⁣
⁣
Eclipse season closes the door on situations. When something eclipses out of your life — it will be final. ⁣
⁣
This is NOT a time to grip to previous attachments — for if they are meant to fall away they will crumble whether or not we like it. ⁣
⁣
So why grasp? ⁣
⁣
God source, divine will always reveal what needs to be shown. ⁣
⁣
It’s up to you if you’d rather flow with the experience by stepping up into a period of unknowingness or hold on tight and embrace a few more storms. ⁣
⁣
By November - all will have sorted itself out and everything will have fallen into the places they need to land. ⁣
⁣
Until then - it’s up to you how you’d like to handle this period of intense, transformative growth. ⁣
⁣
Let go or be dragged. ⁣
⁣
Familiar is fading. ⁣
⁣
It’s time to be fully ALIVE, living your most expansive life vs choosing a life of ease.⁣
