Let’s talk about self-love.
And before I get into it, I first want to be clear about what self-love actually is.
Self-love doesn’t mean that you’re conceited or ‘full of yourself‘.
It also doesn’t mean that you believe you’re above other people, or think that you’re better than they are.
What it DOES mean is that you respect, honour and value who you are.
Even if somedays, that’s a messy, whirlwind of a human.
It’s also about giving yourself permission to put yourself first, and make yourself a priority.
Because while it’s great to support, and give our undivided love and energy to those we care about…
The truth is, none of those relationships will ever feel as rewarding as the relationship you cultivate with yourself.
So straight up…
If you could use a little extra dose of some vitamin L (ove) in your life, then this week’s episode is a must listen.
