Challenging Body Distortions to Rebuild Self-Esteem

Which is why this week?

We’re talking all about the importance of challenging your perceived body distortions, so you can work on rebuilding your self-esteem and start feeling good about yourself!

Does that sound like just the type of pick-me-up you need?
