Forgiveness is everything.
Especially when it comes to yourself.
Forgiveness is what stops you from feeling trapped by past decisions and experiences.
In order to heal my relationship with food and my body, I had to learn to let myself off the hook.
To free myself from all the guilt and shame I was carrying.
Have you ever beaten yourself up, or punished yourself for eating an entire pizza?
Or worst, starving yourself?
How about blaming yourself for an injury that put a halt in your daily workouts?
It could even run as deep as you hating yourself for never hitting your goal weight or achieving your dream body.
